If you drank 2 cups a day x 365 days that would be (35 x 2 x 365) 25,550 calories less in a year. One pound equals 3,500 calories so 25,550 dived by 3,500 equals 7.3 pounds/3.3 kg weight loss in a year just switching from 2% milk to fat free milk.
