Jesus Is The Greatest Breakthrough!

Hello! James here, I have a special Christmas message for you.  I’ve written a book on breakthrough and I was thinking about how Jesus is the greatest breakthrough of them all. During Christmas time we celebrate the birth of Jesus which is truly the greatest breakthrough by simply just being born. We know about the story of Jesus and how he was born of a virgin but we often forget that he was actually meant to be killed by King Herod.  Matthew 2: 16 says, “16 Then Herod, when he saw that he was deceived by the wise men, was exceedingly angry; and he sent forth and put to death all the male children who were in Bethlehem and in all its districts, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had determined from the wise men. “

It was fulfilled by what was spoken by Jeremiah the Prophet. Jesus was meant to be killed by a King and it was only because Joseph and Mary had fled from Bethlehem that Jesus wasn’t killed. Can you imagine that your son has been issued to be killed by the king from where you live?  The fact that Jesus was born of a virgin was pretty astounding as well. The birth of Jesus Christ was truly amazing, a miracle, a breakthrough. All throughout the Old Testament, the birth of Jesus was prophesized. All the prophets declared over and over that there’s a coming Messiah. Finally the Messiah has come and Satan tried to stop it but thank God it didn’t stop him, Jesus was born and God manifested in flesh.

I want to encourage you this Christmas to truly celebrate that breakthrough. It is okay to buy gifts and sing Christmas songs, eat Christmas chocolates and go shopping. But I encourage you not to take the “CHRIST” out of Christmas. It does not go along with XMAS or Happy Holidays”. Let us remember Jesus, for he is truly and is the greatest breakthrough of all time.

God bless you and your family. I pray for breakthrough, for healing and for peace in your home this Christmas season and for a great and wonderful new year.

God bless you, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
