Do you want to reduce your weight and lose that fat around your belly and/or thighs? To burn more fat, you will need to have a regular exercise routine. Intense exercises that make you sweat for 30 minutes or longer should be your goal. Here are three exercises to consider:
1. Mixed Cardio Drills – When it comes to effective cardio exercises for burning fats, you have several options to choose from. Some examples of mixed cardio drills are riding a bike, brisk walking, and jogging on a treadmill. Whatever type of cardio drills you choose, try to do them three to five times a week for at least 30 minutes every session. This can help in getting maximum results.
2. Weight Resistance Training – Lifting weights is not only for building muscles. It is also one way to increase your metabolism as well as create a lean and tone body. A common myth is that when women use weights they will get big muscles. Unless the woman is working out like a professional bodybuilder, this is unlikely. Weight training will help you to achieve a flat stomach and easily burn unwanted fat. Do not weight train the same muscles two days in a row. Always allow one day in-between to rest the muscles. For example you could do arms on Mondays and Wednesdays and your legs on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Another option is to do arms and legs Mondays and Wednesdays and cardio Tues, Thursdays, and Fridays.
3. Intensity Interval Training – This is one of the best exercises that burn fat. Depending on your choice, you can do the double arm swing, jumping rope, battling ropes, squats, pull ups, and kettle bell swings. You can also perform the slid board, pushups and walking lunges.
Aside from the above mentioned, you can also burn fat through engaging in your favorite sports. It is best to pick a sport that you really like. Then, commit yourself to do that sport regularly. Despite all of this, some people still find it hard to lose the fat. One of the main reasons is not eating a healthy diet which includes lots of fruit, vegetables, and protein from lean meat such as chicken, fish, and turkey. This also means limiting the amount of carbohydrates and junkfood you eat.
