When people tell you about the successes they have had it is clear that you don’t really want to hear them, your face communicates disappointment. Any kind of success they may have had through, you want to categorize it as trivial and irrelevant.
You offer no praise, no showing that you are happy when other people succeed. You seem to be concerned about nothing other than building your own vision, business, etc. and how someone can help you do that.
There is a saying that you treat people the way you see them. You do not want to help people become who they truly are but rather to make people fit into what best meets your needs and the needs of your ministry/business. Being willing to serve is one thing, being asked to lay down one’s vision and do something which they have no heart or passion for, that is another thing.
When you are told about somebody who is very connected and could be helpful for you, you don’t ask to be put into contact with them – why not?
You think that because people are different, not doing what everybody else is doing, or not doing what you approve of then they are wrong and are rebelling against your ways or the ways of society. But your ways not His ways and your thoughts are not His thoughts (Isaiah 55:8).
When I was born again, I made Jesus the lord of my life. I follow Jesus. I listen for Holy Spirit’s voice and do what He tells me. He is my teacher, my mentor, my counselor, my protector, and my provider.
