Hello friends, it’s been a little while since my last post, I have been a bit busy lately. I just got back from a trip to US. I visited my family and went on a road trip to Lynchburg VA to Liberty University for my graduation. Liberty University is the largest Christian University in the world. They have about 15,000 residential students and approximately 75,000 online students. I graduated with a B.S. Psychology, and a specialization Christian Counseling. I also graduated with honors (Magnum Cum Laude/3.84 GPA).

Concerning my family, I saw relatives I haven’t seen some for 15 years, including my father who I haven’t seen for over 9 years. I actually thought he was dead because nobody had heard from him or knew where he was but thank God he is still very much alive. I am so thankful for the time we got to spend together during my time there in Indiana.

My sister, mother, and I went on a road trip driving through the Appalachian Mountains. It was some of the most beautiful sites I have ever seen. At one point we had to just stop the car and get out to look at the mountains – they were so beautiful! See for yourself.

And then there was my graduation – one of the best days of my life. I have worked so hard to get to this point and on this day I got to celebrate! I was among about 7,700 graduates in attendance (not counting their families). . There were about 17,000 graduates in total for the class of 2015. These students included those graduates with Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorates degrees. They included students from most if not all the 50 states of America, and many countries from around the world. It was a great day! Former Florida governor and presidential candidate Jeb Bush was the keynote speaker.

Following our road trip I finished my trip off with a graduation party just two days before I headed back to Finland to be with my wife and kids were missing me very much, as well as I missing them.

Thank you to all who have supported me, encouraging me and believing me. Thank you to all who helped make this possible, especially Jesus Christ my Lord Savior, and my wonderful wife Heidi who encouraged me along the way! I also want to thank Heidi’s parents who helped with babysitting often when Heidi had to work whole weekends and I needed to study.

Dreams can come true! God bless everyone of you and don’t give up on your dreams. With God all things are possible! (Matthew 19:26)
